Can also persuade target when needed for a short period of time (Mind control)

Loud noises and bright lights could distract and break his concentration

Hyper Speed

Can run and hover (close enough to fly) on land at supersonic speeds

However cannot exceed 10 minutes of non-stop movement, breaks are needed in between

Has to click the heels of his shoes to activate flight

Smooth Talker

Able to communicate with other species (limited foreign languages)

Can control weak creatures/animals for a short period of time (by playing a lyre)

Personality:
Ike's a two faced brat in two ways. Sometimes he acts utterly confused and honest while plotting some devious scheme--most of the time he's actually just confused. He's an easy talker, not shy at all. He's not good at reading moods and will blurt out inappropriate things at times. He’s also quite a trickster and likes to mess around with people; though he's not very good at saying "sorry". He's quite a spazz too. Hyperactive, too friendly and too random for his own good. Sugar high is his neutral state but without sugar he's practically narcoleptic. Greek Mythology fanatic, he knows his myths well and is slightly desensitized with torture methods.

History:
His father was Hermes, Messenger of the Gods along Greek god of Travelers and Troubleshooting, Speech and Eloquence, Thieves, Inventors, Art, Writing, Boundaries, Motion, Sleep and Dreams. His mother was a mortal that fell in love with Hermes who literally swept her off her feet during one of his deliveries.
After they had Ike, Hermes being the busybody he was left the family, leaving Ike's mom to take care of him. Hermes would occasionally visit the two. During those visits he would bring a heavenly dessert for Ike. When Ike was 5, he saw Hermes flying away from nearby lake. Sadden; the young Ike didn't want his father to leave so he ran after him. Unfortunately, not only Ike couldn't catch up with his fleeing father but almost drowned in the lake. His mother ran a candy shop which was Ike's constant supply of sugar. Current number of cavities is unknown.
Ike never really did grow out of his daddy complex. He wanted to be more like Hermes and begged his mom to let him enroll in Rosette Academy. Reluctantly, his mom agreed.
